Dr Belinda Barnes, Clinical Psychologist | Owner

Belinda has clinical training in the assessment and treatment of trauma and a range of related psychological issues. Belinda searches for a deep understanding of your emotional and relational patterns before collaborating on an approach to heal and resolve the patters that no longer serve you. Belinda's approach is caring, honest, non-judgemental, and empathic, and will help you gain an understanding of your inner world and relationships. She uses eye movement desensitisation & reprocessing therapy (EMDR), schema therapy, mindfulness based approaches and somatic or body aware techniques in her work.
She also enjoys teaching yoga in her spare time, creating online programs to help women combat self-sabotage and self-sacrifice, and loves spending time with her kids in the natural environment.

Tiffany Clarke | Registered Counsellor
M.Couns, PsychTh, B.Sc (Psych)
Tiffany is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, having completed her Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy at ACAP University College. And is currently awaiting PACFA registration.
Tiffany takes a person centred approach to therapy, believing that clients are the experts in their own lives. Her style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and authenticity, while drawing on evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, and somatic approaches. Tiffany tailors therapy to each individual's unique experiences and goals, working collaboratively to foster insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
She has a particular interest in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Tiffany is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, develop self-compassion, and build practical skills to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.
Outside of the therapy room, Tiffany enjoys baking homemade sourdough, reading, and spending time with her dog.
Manuri Ranasinghe | Clinical Psychologist

Manuri is a caring and compassionate psychologist who is interested in supporting individuals to live meaningful lives aligned with their values.
Manuri engages with her clients with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care, reflecting on the individual’s personal strengths whilst creating a safe, collaborative space where individuals feel understood and supported to explore their experiences and move toward the life they want to live.
Manuri provides trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping individuals better understand their coping strategies while building new skills to enhance wellbeing. Manuri integrates evidence-based therapies through the use of Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic approaches and Mindfulness-based approaches.
Manuri supports individuals experiencing symptoms consistent with historical childhood abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, adjustment to major life changes, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and anger difficulties.
Her particular interest lies in trauma-informed care, helping clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns, and empowering them to develop healthier, more aligned ways of living.
Outside of her clinical work, Manuri enjoys connecting with nature, practicing mindfulness, and spending time with her dog and family.
Charmaine Dunn | Psychotherapist | EMDR Practitioner | Clinical Hypnotherapist
Charmaine is an independent consultant here @ At Ease, who has a Bachelor of Counselling alongside being in private practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for over 15 years with a speciality interest area in complex trauma, disordered eating and grief & loss. Charmaine has a passion for working with women, is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy), and has done a plethora of related modalities that assist processing trauma, healing old wounds and improving your wellbeing on a daily basis. Charmaine believes every woman has the right to feel safe, heard and understood and works at a pace to which they feel comfortable.

Dr Jessica Steadman | Clinical Psychologist

Dr Jessica Steadman is an independent consultant here at At Ease Psychology. She is a warm, empathetic practitioner who provides therapy services and cognitive assessments. She completed her clinical psychology training in Aotearoa/New Zealand and is passionate about supporting clients from marginalised communities. Her services are trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Jess’s approach is holistic, person-centred and collaborative. She uses a range of therapies to tailor personalised treatment plans, including somatic based therapy, CBT and EMDR. She offers face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
